Telephone and email support is included in the monthly service fee.

Upgrades
Customers can upgrade from one tier to the next by paying the difference in price at the time of the upgrade. Customers of the hosted service can purchase a makeReady exPress license to run in-house at a discount that depends on the length of time on the hosted service. For every six months on the hosted service, customers will earn a 10% discount towards license purchase, up to a maximum of 30%. There will be a data migration fee of $399 to move the system database and all files to an in-house installation.

Cancellation
Customers can cancel service at any time with 30 days notice.

* Customer Software comprises any combination of the makeReady Print Driver and/or the makeReady File-Job Upload Utility for both Windows and Macintosh. Each Customer Software Installation package can include a different combination of the software, a different PPD (PostScript Printer Definition) file, or a different job ticket format.
